These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7c78 ("7c78", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://7c78.app. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7c78 platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 7c78, including but not limited to: online casino games (slots, live dealer, fishing games, crash games), sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports), promotional offers, bonuses, tournaments, and any other features or services made available on the platform from time to time.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English-language version of this document shall prevail. The platform operates in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

To register and maintain an account on 7c78, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 7c78 operates as a strictly 18+ platform. Registering or attempting to register if you are under 18 years old is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as a representative of a business, trust, or other legal entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether with 7c78 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming programme — that would prohibit your access to online gambling services.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

7c78 takes age verification seriously. Upon registration, you will be required to provide accurate date-of-birth information. 7c78 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — and to suspend account access and withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

To access real-money gaming features on 7c78, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to submit accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one active account on 7c78. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using aliases, family members' details, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 7c78 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any outstanding balances pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you personally. • 7c78 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, and to request additional documentation including proof of address and source of funds.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
• 7c78 does not accept registrations from individuals using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic or identity checks.

7c78 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the 7c78 cashier at the time of transaction. 7c78 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds. Where this is not technically possible due to payment method restrictions, 7c78 will contact the player to arrange an alternative method that satisfies compliance requirements.

• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification requirement: 7c78 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Transaction fees: 7c78 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond 7c78's control.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and payouts are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 7c78 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.
• Source of funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. 7c78 may request source-of-funds documentation for large or irregular transactions.

7c78 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

The 7c78 welcome bonus — a 200% match bonus up to ৳20,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit — is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are stated clearly on the welcome bonus page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Sharing or attempting to transfer bonuses between accounts is prohibited.
• 7c78 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements that have already been accepted by a player will be honoured.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of software errors, will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain game categories — including live casino tables and some sports bet types — may contribute at a reduced rate towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the individual bonus terms.

Seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and BPL season campaigns — are offered periodically. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus principles above, plus any additional conditions stated in each campaign's terms.

All bets placed on the 7c78 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are available within the respective sections of the platform. The general principles set out in this section apply across all betting and gaming activity on 7c78.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 7c78 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Bets are settled in accordance with official results published by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the ICC, BCB, BCCI, and BPL organisers. In the event of any dispute about a result, 7c78's decision, made in good faith based on available official data, shall be final.

• Minimum bet: ৳50 per selection on sports betting markets. Minimum bet for casino games varies by title and is displayed within the game interface.
• Voided bets: Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result cannot be officially determined within 72 hours of the scheduled event time. Voided bets are refunded at stake value to the player's 7c78 account balance.
• Palpable errors: 7c78 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (palpable error) in pricing. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Suspicious activity: 7c78 employs automated systems to detect patterns of betting activity that may indicate match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or other forms of manipulation. Accounts flagged by these systems may have withdrawals suspended pending investigation.
• Casino game integrity: All RNG casino games available on 7c78 are provided by certified third-party studios whose random number generators are independently audited. 7c78 does not alter game outcomes in any way.

By using the 7c78 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 7c78.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 years of age to access your account.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any other behaviour designed to gain an unfair advantage over 7c78 or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use 7c78 for any financial transaction that is derived from or intended to fund illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 7c78 staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or identity verification.

7c78 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. Where there is a reasonable suspicion of criminal activity — including fraud, money laundering, or identity theft — 7c78 will report relevant information to the appropriate authorities and withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

7c78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the circumstances described in Section 7 above. Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation, and bonus funds will be voided.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7c78 support via live chat or at [email protected]. A voluntary closure request will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided that all applicable withdrawal conditions and identity verification requirements have been met.

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. • Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 7c78 will notify the player by email before applying any dormancy administration fee as stated in the cashier terms. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
• Deceased players: In the event of a player's death, 7c78 will work with the player's legal estate to return any outstanding balance, subject to appropriate legal documentation being provided.
• Regulatory closure: In circumstances where 7c78 is required to close accounts or restrict access to comply with applicable laws or regulatory guidance, affected players will be notified and outstanding balances returned where permitted.
